Can I switch plans later?
Currently, we only offer a Base Plan. Once a Pro Plan becomes available, you’ll be able to upgrade or switch plans with ease.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 1-month free trial on all plans—no credit card required. You’ll have full access to all features before deciding to subscribe.
What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment, we accept payments exclusively via MTN Mobile Money.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription anytime. Even after cancellation, your gym data will remain accessible and available for download.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Currently, we do offer discounts, you can save up to 20% if you subscribe for a whole year
What happens if I exceed my member limit?
At the moment, our Base Plan supports up to 100 members. Once you reach that limit, you won’t be able to add new members unless you remove existing ones or upgrade—when additional plans become available.
